Cooper Resabal
from the Philippines paints primarily to express the mood he finds in the environment the moment he encounters an inspiring landscape or waterscape. He tries to capture the nuances of light, tonal shades and color that best represent the feeling and ambiance of his experience through impressionistic brushstrokes and a variety of textures.
He studied intensive beginners and advanced watercolor painting under master Thai watercolor artist Khun Pe Seenam.
